"For Columbia, the Ultra-Trail du Mont-Blanc (UTMB) is an iconic and international event, bringing together the largest and most diverse global community of outdoor, mountain and trail running cultures."
The story of the Columbia Montrail Athletes who participate starts long before the race.
In order to tell the full story, Columbia shot the social-focused series 'How to be a Trail Runner' during a training session in Sedona, Arizona between four international Montrail Athletes, offering running tips, nutrition advice, and so much more.
Along with contributing as an assistant video editor, my primary goal and objective for this project was to design and animate various graphic and text elements in order to stylistically unify the series, and to provide additional information in a clear and concise manner. Enjoy!
